SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Most of our orders are delivered in about 10 to 15 business days to main countries.

Delivery time

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time includes the production time of the product.

Production time vary by product type. Common Products require 1-2 days production time, Customized Products take a little longer to produce, usually up to 3-5 days. this time is not included in the shipping time. Thank you for understanding.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

All orders are sent with Tracking ID, you can track your order here. 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays as these are out of our control.

1. Delivery timeline example

To give you an idea, here is an example:

  • Monday (Day 0): You place your order in the afternoon after 2:00 PM (CST). The order will be shipped and processed on Tuesday.
  • Tuesday – Wednesday (Day 1-2): Your order is processed, packed, and we send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking number.
  • Approximately next 4-6 business days: The carrier processes and delivers to your address.
  • Result: Your order will be delivered on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week.

2. Damaged or lost goods

a. Goods damaged during transportation:

We always try to pack our products as carefully as possible. However, if you receive a damaged product, please:

  1. Contact our customer support within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product as well as the condition of the shipping box.
  3. We will promptly review and provide appropriate solutions, including sending a replacement or refund.

b. Lost package:

If your order has not arrived after 14 business days and the tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 days, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and locate the package. If it is confirmed as lost, we will reship your order or issue a refund.

3. Cancel order

You can request to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. As we process orders very quickly, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order.

If the order has been handed over to the carrier (i.e. you have received a tracking number), we cannot cancel the order. In this case, you will need to follow our returns policy (if applicable) once you have received the product.
